What is Traveler Genie app?

Traveler Genie is a user-friendly app that mimics real tour guide. Helps you to stay on the right path of your desired trip and tells a story of that exact place you find yourself in.

How do I log in into Traveler Genie?

There are two ways to do it, one is through your Google account and another is through your Facebook account.

What do I need to do before starting some of Traveler Genie programs?

Before starting one of our programs you need to download app content. Make sure that you have internet connection on your device and then press download button.

Can I use this app without headphones?

Yes! The headphones are useful for better quality sound but not mandatory, sometimes waterfalls can be quite noisy.

I chose the wrong language; can I change it?

Of course you can, press the menu button (top right on your screen) and then press button on the bottom (Logout). That will take you on the choose language screen.

Can I change the program once I have chosen one?

Don’t warry, just press the arrow on the top left of your screen and that will take you to the choose program screen.

How long will it take me to finish one program?

Before choosing any of our programs you can read about them. There are information’s about length, time and how demanding certain programs (terrains) are. That way you can chose the program that suits you best.

Do I need to look at the screen all the time?

No, the idea is that Traveler Genie alerts you if you get off your desired course so you can relax and fully enjoy natural beauty that surrounds you.

Do I need to close Traveler Genie so I can take pictures and video clips?

Absolutely not, we integrated photo camera and after finishing your tour you will be able not just to browse through pictures but to see exact position where photo or video was taken.

Can I share my photos and videos via social media?

Of course you can, immediately after photo or video is taken you can share (share option in gallery) it or after your tour is over, that is up to you.
